Harvest for the Hungry

Can we reach our goal of 500 Pounds grown, harvested and donated to local food pantries? Check back often to find out!

Garden Games

The children gathered on a perfect summer day to paint rocks for checkers and tic-tac-toe playing pieces and frolic in the garden.  A lot of fun was had making the garden games...or were they making memories?

OCG Children's Garden

Another new addition this year is our children's garden.  We hope to inspire young gardeners to grow a life-long love of caring for our environment, caring for each other and growing healthy and nutritious food.

Community Day: â€‹April 26, 2014

Guests visited our table to learn about the OCG, take a tour of the garden, play the "seed challenge", plant green bean seeds and take home a free seed packet.

Membership was filled for the 2014 season and a wait list was started giving hope to our dream of expanding in the future.

It was truly a success to share what we do with so many interested community members!  We only wish the day could've lasted longer since it ended early with a sudden rain storm.

Electric Project for Well Pump

Many OCG members pulled together to volunteer their time and energy to make this project happen and we are happy to say we've enjoyed having a near steady supply of water during the growing season!
